No. We never get to see or access the content of your emails, including their subject lines, body text, or attachments.
DMARC reports contain authentication and delivery metadata, such as the sending and destination domains, sending IP addresses, authentication results, and message volume. This information helps us identify spoofing attempts and authentication issues without exposing the emails themselves.
You can learn more about the data included in DMARC reports in our guide to understanding DMARC report XML.
Probably. DMARC monitoring is compatible with almost any email sender, including email providers, marketing tools, CRMs, transactional email services, and custom mail servers. You simply need to control the sending domain and be able to publish DNS records.
For DMARC enforcement, each sending service should support SPF or DKIM authentication that aligns with your domain. You can also use multiple DMARC reporting tools, although some mailbox providers may limit the number of destinations they send reports to.
Your DMARC monitoring will never be switched off because you exceed your plan limit or experience a sudden increase in email volume. We’ll continue collecting your DMARC data so you don’t lose visibility into your email authentication.
If your usage remains above your plan’s limit, we’ll contact you to recommend a more appropriate plan based on your typical usage over time, not on a temporary spike. Any data collected while you’re over the limit will remain available once you upgrade.
